I'm a Cloud Support Engineer based in Cape Town, South Africa. I help people solve complex problems and use cloud services efficiently for AI/ML workloads. I specialize in Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and building intelligent data pipelines that turn raw data into actionable insights.

I design and troubleshoot ML workloads on AWS, build end-to-end pipelines for multimodal data processing with foundation models, and help teams adopt cloud-native AI solutions that are cost-effective and scalable.

My focus is on GenAI applications — RAG systems, guardrails, agentic workflows — and ensuring customers get the most value from AWS AI/ML services.
